Time 2 = $\frac{Dis\tan ce}{Speed}=\frac{x}{80}$ hrs

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow 8=\frac{x}{60}+\frac{x}{80} \\ \Rightarrow 8=\frac{(4x+3x)}{240} \\ \Rightarrow 8=\frac{7x}{240} \\ \Rightarrow x =\frac{240\times 8}{7}=274 km \end{gathered}$$

Total distance = 2x =2$\times 274=548 km$
