Detailed Solution

A bill becomes an Act or law after the assent of the Head of the State (President).
1)      When Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha pass a Bill, the House's Secretariat obtains the President's approval.
2)      In the matter of a money bill or a bill passed at a joint sitting of the Houses, the Lok Sabha secretariat acquires the consent of the President. The bill diverts into an act or law after the President has provided his approval to it.
3)      Excluding the money bill, he can return the bill for corrections. If Lok Sabha and Rajya sabha enacted the bill, the President can't hold his assent to the bill.
