Detailed Solution

If the President gives his assent, the bill is appropriated in The Gazette of India and diverts into an Act from the date of his assent.
A bill is the draft of a definitive recommendation, which when passed by the two places of Parliament and agreed to by the President, transforms into an Act of Parliament.
Exactly when a bill has been passed, it is delivered off to the President for his support per Article 111. The President can assent or hold his agree to the bill or he can reestablish a bill, other than a money charge which is recommended by the president himself to the Houses.
