For all three wires, l, l and A are same, So, Y=FAΔ!l

 FY. For translation equilibrium, F1+F2+F3=100 kg and for rotational equilibrium, 

 

F1l2F3l2=0F1=F3Y1=Y3 and Y2=2Y1, gives F2=2F1.

Thus, (F1/2)+F2+(F1/2)=100 kg

 F1=25 kg and F2=50 Kg.
