The time period of the body is 0.4 sec.
Frequency is the number of oscillations per seconds and the time period is the time taken to complete an oscillation.
Given:
Oscillation = 150
Time = 1 minute
         = 1×60 seconds
Frequency= Oscillations time in seconds
      = 15060
      = 2.5 Hz
We know the formula,
time period = 1/ frequency
            = 1/2.5
