A body is suspended from a spring balance kept in a satellite. The reading of the balance is $W_1$ when the satellite goes in an orbit of radius R and is $W_2$ when it goes in an orbit of radius 2R.

Acceleration of the satellite is radially inward , it is centripetal acceleration.So the satellite is a non-inertial frame.Therefore a radially outward pseudo force (Centrifugal force) acts on the suspended body. This Pseudo force balances the gravitational pull on the suspended body .So the body will experience weightlessness.
