We can say that Newton's second law of motion , force is the defined as the rate of change of momentum. Thus, we get F=pt. Here, p is the momentum and t is the time.
Also, if body has a constant mass then F=m×a where, m is the mass and a is the acceleration.
By equating both the equations of force we get
pt=m×a
But m = 20 Kg and a = 2 m/s2

pt=40 N
