$x=5.0 \cos \left(2\mathrm{\pi t}+\mathrm{\pi }\right)=-5.0 \cos 2\mathrm{\pi t}$

Velocity = $\frac{dx}{dt}=20{\mathrm{\pi }}^2 \cos 2\mathrm{\pi t}$

Acceleration $=\frac{d^{2}x}{dt}=20{\mathrm{\pi }}^2\cos 2\mathrm{\pi t}$

$\therefore$ At $t=1.5$ sec,

$x=-5.0 \cos 3\mathrm{\pi }=-5.0\left(-1\right)=5$

Velocity $=\frac{dx}{dt}=10\mathrm{\pi }$(zero)$=0$

Acceleration$=\frac{d^{2}x}{dt}=20{\mathrm{\pi }}^2\left(-1\right)=-20{\mathrm{\pi }}^2$
