The mass of the body is 100 kg.
Given data and assumptions:
The weight of the object on the planet is, W=490 N 
Accelleration due to gravity of the planet is gp=12×ge
The value of ge at the surface of the earth is 9.8 m/s2. So, the value of gp on the planet will be,
gp= 12×9.8
    = 4.9 m/s2 
Thus,
Weight of an object is calculated as,
= m × g
490 = m × 4.9
= 4904.9
= 100 kg
