θ=60o Question ImageConsidering AA' = the boy and the tower = B'C.
Then,
 AA'=1.7m =BB' A'B'=25 m=AB We have the formula,
tanθ=Heightdistance We have to find the height,
 tanθ=BCAB  25tan60o=BC  BC=253 Height of tower, h will be
h=BC+BB' h=253+1.7 h=45m      (3=1.732)
Thus, the height is 45m.
