$v_{I} = ?$

$\frac{1}{f} = \frac{1}{u} + \frac{1}{v}$

$\frac{1}{0.2} = \frac{1}{2.8} + \frac{1}{v}$

$\frac{1}{v} = \frac{1}{0.2} + \frac{1}{2.8}$

$\frac{1}{v} = \frac{3}{0.56}$

$v = \frac{56}{300} m$
