Concept: In order to solve the given problem, chemists need to strengthen a 15% alcoholic solution so by using the algebraic expressions we will get the desired solution.
Here,
In 15% solution quantity of alcohol =15100×800=120 ml
And,
if we add 200 ml of alcohol in it
Then,
total quantity=800+200= 1000ml
Therefore,
quantity of alcohol=  120+200=320ml 
=32% of 1000 ml
So ,
he must add 200 ml of alcohol
hence, the correct answer is 200ml.
