In parallel potential difference is same and in series it distributes in inverse ratio of capacity.

$$\begin{gathered} V=6\left(\frac{3}{3+7}\right) \\ =1.8 V \end{gathered}$$

Charge stored in $5 \mathrm{\mu F}$ capacitor will be

$$\begin{gathered} q=CV \\ =5 \mathrm{\mu F} \times 1.8 \mathrm{V} \\ =9 \mathrm{\mu C} \end{gathered}$$
