$ϕ = 0$ , if

$\begin{array}{rcl} X_{L} & = & X_{C} \\ 2 πfL & = & \frac{1}{2 πfC} \end{array}$

$\begin{array}{rcl} ∴ L & = & \frac{1}{{(2 πf)}^{2} C} \\ = & \frac{1}{{(360)}^{2} \times 10^{- 6}} = 7.7 H \end{array}$

When $X_{L} = X_{C}$ , then $Z = R$ .

Therefore, $I = \frac{V}{Z} = \frac{V}{R} = \frac{120}{20} = 6 A$ .
