We know that the area of the base of the cone is π r 2 .  
Volume of cone is 1 3 π r 2 h,   where r is the radius of base, h is the height of the cone
Let the radius be r meters and height be h meters.
The radius of the base can be calculated as,
     π r 2 =44 r 2 = 44× 7 22 r=14m  
The volume of the cone is, 11×20 m 3 =220 m 3 .  
The height of the cone can be calculated as,
     220= 1 3 × 22 7 ×14×h h= 220×3 22×2 h=15m  
Therefore the height of the cone is 15 m.
Hence, option (4) is correct.
