Given, R = 30 cm

$\Rightarrow$ f = R/2 = 30/2 = 15 cm

And u = 18 cm

From the mirror formula,

$\frac{1}{v} = \frac{1}{f} - \frac{1}{u} \Rightarrow \frac{1}{v} = \frac{1}{15} - \frac{- 1}{18} \Rightarrow \frac{1}{v} = \frac{6 + 5}{90} = \frac{11}{90} ∴ v = \frac{90}{11} cm$
