Here V = constant
So, $P \propto T$
$\frac{P_{1}}{T_{1}} = \frac{P_{2}}{T_{2}}$
So, $T_{2} = \frac{P_{2}}{P_{1}} \times T_{1} = \frac{15}{12} \times (27 + 273) = 375 K$
$∴$ Temperature at which cylinder explodes
$= 375 - 273 = 102^{\circ} C$
