The volume of a cone of radius r and height h is, V= 1 3 π r 2 h   .
 The radius and height of the cylinder is 18 cm and 32 cm. So,
1 3 π r 2 h=π R 2 H r 2 = 3 R 2 H h r 2 = 3×18×18×32 24 r=36cm   The slant height, l of the canonical heap,
l= r 2 + h 2 l= 36 2 + 24 2 l= 1296+576 l= 1872   So, l=43.266cm
