h = 25

cm, and

C = 1.5

cm respectively.
the cost of coloring the curved surfaces of the pencils manufactured in one day at Rs 0.05 per

where

1 cm = 0.1 dm .

So, we have,

l = h 2 + r 1 2 − r 2 2, r 1, r 2

Now, curved surface area of one pencil is,

π l r 1 + r 2

And curved surface area of 120000 pencils will be,

π l r 1 + r 2,

The cost of coloring:

c = 0.05 A 1 c = 0.05 45000 c = R s .2250
