Initial motion of body (u) = 0 m/s
Final motion of the body v= s/t
v= 2/1
= 2 m/s
From the 1st equation of motion we have
u=v+at 
=>a=2-00.1
=>a=20 m/s2
Now, from the relation of Newton’s second law
=>= ma 
=>= 1.2 × 20
= 24 N
