For the object O, u = - (PO) = - 3cm
By refraction formula, $\frac{μ_{2}}{v} - \frac{μ_{1}}{u} = \frac{μ_{2} - μ_{1}}{R}$ ,
we have $μ$ ₁ = 1.5, $μ$ ₂ = 1 and R = - 5 cm
