Concept- In the above given question we have to find the least number of stones there are in a heap .
Here, number of stones= LCM of all the number given

= (16, 20, 25, 45) \times k + 3

= 3600 k + 3

Now, stones are made up of 21 groups.
Therefore,

9 k + 3

is divisible by 21
When

k = 2

Then, least number of stones

= 3600 \times 2 + 3 = 7203

Hence, the correct answer is option 1.
