It is given a hollow cylindrical pipe of length 21dm and its outer and inner diameters are 10 cm and 6 cm.
Radius = Diameter 2  
 So,
Outer radius (R) is,
R= 10 2 R=5 cm   Inner radius(r) is,
r= 6 2 r=3cm   Height of hollow cylinder = 21 dm
We know,1 dm = 10 cm  
So, height of hollow cylinder
h=21×10 h=210cm  
Volume = π R 2 r 2 h  
V= 22 7 × 5 2 3 2 ×210  
V=660 259  
V=660×16  
V  =10560 c m 3  
Therefore, the volume of the copper used in making the pipe is 10560c m 3  .
Hence option (2) is correct.
