Suppose the tube's thickness = x cm.
From the given condition, side of the square's
=5+2x cm Internal volume of the tube subtracted from its exterior volume equals the amount of iron it contains.
5+2x×5+2x×8-5×5×8=192 
8(5+2x)2-25=192 
(5+2x)2=49 
5+2x=7 
x=1 
So, the required thickness is 1 cm.
