Detailed Solution

Given,
House price=9000
Loss%= 10%
Thus, Selling Price of house to Mr. B
=cost price-loss
=9000-9000×10100
=Rs. 8100
Also, the gain%= 10%
So, selling Price of house to Mr. A can be calculated as,
=cost price+gain
=8100+8100×10100
=Rs 8910
So, selling price of A = Rs. 8100
Cost price of A = Rs. 8910.
Here, A loses = 8910 - 8100
loss= Rs 810 Option 4 is correct.
