When a body is equilibrium , is observed from a non-inertial frame, the bosy moves with an acceleration,whose direction is opposite to the direction of acceleration of the frame , So S₁ is non inertial.

Again suppose net force on a body is not zero,When this body is observed from a frame which is moving with same acceleration as the acceleration of a body , then net acceleration of the body becomes zero. So S₂is non inertial. Again when net acceleration of a body is zero, net force must be zero.When this body is observed from an inertial frame, no pseudo force acts on the body and hence net force on it must be zero.Hence S₃ is an inertial force.
