Detailed Solution

We are given,
Cost of the second-hand computer = Rs.225000.
Amount spent on repairing = Rs.25000.
Therefore total cost price of second-hand computer =Rs.(225000+25000)=Rs.325000.   Since the second-hand computer was sold for Rs.325000, therefore,
Profit=Rs.(325000+250000)=Rs.75000.   Profit %= Profit C.P. ×100 Profit %= 75000 250000 ×100 Profit %=30%   Therefore, the profit percentage was 30%.
Hence, option (1) is correct.
