Equation of motion of man:

N+TMg=Ma ········· (1)

For crate:

TNmg=ma ········(2)

Adding Eqs. (1) and (2), we get
2T -M+ m g = M + ma

2T = M + mg + a

T = 1250 + 2510 + 10 = 750N

Subtracting Eq. (2) from (1), we get
