Detailed Solution

Let the price of goods = Rs. 100.
Selling price at 10% profit
=Rs. (100+10)
= Rs. 110.
Selling price of retailer at 20% gain = Rs110+110×20100
=Rs.132
Selling price to consumer at 30% gain =132+132×30100
= Rs. 171.6
The net increase in consumer price = Rs. (171.6−100)
= Rs. 71.6 over Rs. 100
=71.6%
=7135%
Correct option is 4.
