The radius of cylinder r= 28/2 = 14 cm

So, volume of cube =

{side}^{3}

V = 11^{3}

The volume of a rise in water cylindrical column = volume of metal cube

\frac{22}{7} \times r^{2} \times n = 1331

(n=rise in level)

n = \frac{1331}{22 \times 28}

n = 2.16 cm
