Mixture $= 60 L$ 20% water in it.

Water $\Rightarrow 60 \times \frac{20}{100} = 12 L$

Milk $= 60 L - 12 L = 48 L$

Water $= (12 + x) L$

$12 + x = 25 % o f (60 + x)$

$48 + 4 x = 60 + x$

3x=12

x=4
