Detailed Solution

Na2CO3 is thermally stable in comparison to  NaHCO3 Therefore the  CO2g is coming only from NaHCO3 not from  Na2CO3 Let wt. of  NaHCO3  is ‘x’ g and Na2CO3  is ‘y’ g

x+y=10g

 2NaHCO3sNa2CO3s+CO2g+H2Og

2×84g                                                            =    22.4L
 x                                                                                =  0.224L

 x=1.68g
Wt of  Na2CO3=101.68=8.32g
 wt%   of   Na2CO3  in mixture

=8.3210×100

= 83.2%
