GGU, GGC, GGA and GGG are the codons for Glycine.

Arginine has codons CGU, CGC, CGA, CGG, AGA and AGG

Tryptophan has only one codon UGG.

If the 7th base Cytosine is changed to Uracil, then the codon CGA is changed to UGA, which is a non-sense codon. Hence the there is formation of dipeptide with amino acids Methionine and Glycine only.
