Concept- For the original number, let the digit in the unit place be y and the digit in the tens place be x. Applying this theory, the real number is 10+ y. On interchanging the digits, the next number becomes 10+ x. Add those  numbers and test their sum’s divisibility through the numbers given in the options.
We need to find that the resulting number is divisible by which number in the options. For the authentic wide variety, permit the digit within the gadgets area be y and the digit inside the tens area be x.
Using this, the real number is 10+ y.
Now, even as we interchange the digits, for the brand new quantity, the digit in the unit's location is x and the digit within the tens area is y..
Using this, the next number is 10+ x.
Now, we are supposed to  add these numbers to get the desired number.
(10+ y) + (10+ x) = 11 (+ y)  Hence, the correct answer is option 4) 11
