Let the 5 digit palindrome is xyz zyx is divisible by 5 if x=5

The number is divisible by 11

If the difference between sum of digits in the odd places and even places is either same or multiple of 11

The palindrome is of the form 5yzzy5 is always divisible by 5, and 11.

∴      y can be selected from 0 to 9 in 10 ways.

 and z can be selected from 0 to 9 in 10 ways.
