Let us find the probability that it is multiple of 3 and 4.
The formula of the probability of an event is the number of favorable outcomes divided by the total number of outcomes.
P(E)= no. of favorable outcomes  total number of outcomes  
Let E   be the event of getting a multiple of 3 and 4 from the numbers 1 to 50.
Multiples of 3 and 4 up to 50 are 12, 24, 36 and 48.
No of favourable outcomes =4   Total number of possible outcomes =50   Therefore,
P(E) = no. of favorable outcomes   total number of outcomes  P(E) = 4 50 P(E) = 2 25  
Therefore, probability of getting a multiple of 3 and 4 is 2 25   .
Hence, the option 2 is correct.
