Displacement current=conduction current
$e=e_0\sin \left(\omega t\right)$ standard equation
$e=4\sin \left(100\pi t\right)$ given equation
On comparing the above equations we get
 $e_0=4Volt\&\omega =100\pi rad/s$

Now, we know that,
$I_D=\frac{e_0}{X_C}$   where $X_C=\frac{1}{\omega C}$  
 $\Rightarrow I_D=\frac{e_0}{1/\omega C}=e_0\times \omega C$
