Given that 25 days food + fixed charge = 1750
28 days food + fixed charge = 1900
Now to determine the fixed charge and food cost per day.
Let the fixed charge be x and food cost per day be y.
x+25y=1750 x+28y=1900  
On subtracting and solving above equations, we get,
x=500, y=50.
Therefore, the fixed charge is Rs 500 and food cost per day is Rs 50.
