Hypermetropia is a frequent vision disorder in which a person can clearly see distant things but cannot see objects that are close to him. Farsightedness is another name for this problem. The eye in this issue is either too short or has a very poor focusing ability. The retina's surface or the back of our eye receives the image that is focused by the eye's lens and outer layer (cornea). The image is thus produced in the incorrect location. Thus, vision is blurred.
