Detailed Solution

A police station is controlled by the Station House Officer.
The SHO controls a police station located in any area. The Station House Officer is the police officer or personnel who stays at the police station and acts as the charge. He is the one who writes the complaints coming to the police station about crimes and other activities. The complaints are written in the form of the FIR (First Information Report). After an FIR is registered, a constable is sent by the SHO to investigate the issue. The SHO also has the right to go to the courts to provide justice to the victims. He can take the help of the panchayat and the village elders in providing amicable solutions to the problems that may arise.
