A = Length ×   Width
A=10cm×8cm   A=80c m 2  
Length of the cardboard when the margin is included is,
l=10cm+1.75cm+1.75cm   l=13.5cm   Breadth of the cardboard when the margin is included is,
b=8cm+1.75cm+1.75cm   b=11.5cm  
Area of the cardboard is,
A = Length ×   Breadth
A=13.5cm×11.5cm   A=155.25c m 2  
Cost of the cardboard is,
C = Area of cardboard ×   Rate of the cardboard ₹ 0.60 per cm 2   C=(155.25×0.60)   C  = ₹ 93.15
Therefore, the cost is ₹ 93.15.
