Detailed Solution

Given,
Market price of a racket = Rs.30
Discount = 15 %
A cost of shuttlecock = Rs.1.50
Profit = 20%
Now calculate the selling price (S.P.) of the racket
S.P. =30100-15100
S.P.=3085100
S.P.= Rs. 25.50
Again, we have calculated the selling price when the shuttle price is given free then,
=Rs25.5-1.5
=Rs24
When the shopkeeper is gain 20 % profit on a racket
So, we calculate the 1 racket cost price by the using following formula
Profit =Selling price - Cost price  Cost price. ×100
Put the value in this formula we get
20=24- Cost price.  Cost price×100
20Cost price.=24-Cost price.×100
20=2400-100
100+20=2400
120=2400
Cost price=2400120 = Rs 20
Hence, the cost price =Rs 20
Correct option is 3.
