A simple pendulum has a time period ${\text{T}}_{\text{1}}$ when it oscillates on the earth’s surface and ${\text{T}}_2$  when it is taken to a height ‘R’ above the earth’s surface, where ‘R’ is the radius of the earth. The value of ${\text{T}}_{\text{2}}{\text{/T}}_{\text{1}}$ is
