Given that radius of hemisphere $=4.2\text{cm}$

Total height of the toy $\text{=10.2cm}$

Height of cone $=6\text{cm}$

Volume of toy $=$ volume of cone $+$ volume of hemisphere 

$=\frac{1}{3}\pi {\left(4.2\right)}^2\times 6+\frac{2}{3}\pi {\left(4.2\right)}^3$

$=\frac{1}{3}\pi {\left(4.2\right)}^2[6+8.4]$

$=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 4.2\times 4.2\times 14.4$

$=266.11 {\text{cm}}^{\text{3}}$
