At t=T4 and t=3T4, the stone is at same height,  Hence average velocity in this time interval is zero.

Change in velocity in same time interval is same for a particle moving with constant acceleration. 

Let H be maximum height attained by stone, then distance travelled from t = 0  to  t=T4  is 34H  and from  t=T4 to t=3T4  distance travelled is  H2. 

From  t=T2 to  t=T sec distance travelled is H and from t=T2 to t=3T4 distance travelled is H4.
