Given,
The length of the train = 576 m
The time taken for crossing the tunnel by the train = 1 min 30 seconds
Speed of the train= 48 km/hr
Suppose that
The tunnel length = t (say)
Total length of train with the length of the tunnel= 576+t
Now,
First, we have converted the unit of speed in meter/ sec
=4810003600          (since, 1 km = 1000 m, 1 hour = 3600 sec)
=481036
=8106        =403 meter/sec
The speed =  403meter/sec
We convert the time 1 min 30 seconds in seconds we have
1 minute = 60 seconds.
1min30 sec=160+30 sec
=90 sec
According to the given value we putting in the following formula we have
Speed = Distance  Time 
403=576+t90
401=576+t30            {Divided by 3}
1200=576+t    [Cross multiplying]
1200-576=t 624=t
Hence, the length of the tunnel = 624 m
Correct option is 1.
