Current will divide equally in two identical parallel paths PBCQ and PADQ. 

Force on PBCQ can be written by replacing it with a straight wire PQ.

Similarly, force on PADQ can also be written by replacing it with a straight wire PQ. 

But wire PQ is parallel to B. Hence magnetic force is zero.

So the acceleration of the frame will be zero.
