Let velocity at end A is v. 

The components of velocities at ends, along the length of the rod should be equal,

10 cos37=vcosθ ......(1)

And angular velocity, ω=vsinθ+6L.......(2)

From eqs (i) and (ii), we get   v=82m/s

Now from eq. (i)

cosθ=10cos37v=10×4/582=12θ=45
