The reflected ray must be horizontal as shown in figure. If the mirror rotates through 15^o, the reflected ray will rotate anticlockwise through 30^o. Therefore new angle of deviation will be $180^{o} - (90^{o} + 30^{o}) i . e . 60^{o}$ .
