At node, amplitude = 0

cos(10πx)=010πx=π2,3π2

x=120=0.05m, 0.15m ......

At antinode, amplitude is maximum 

cos(10πx)=±1x=0,π,2π...

x = 0, 0.1m, 0.2m … 

Now λ=2×Distance between two nodes or antinodes 

=2×0.1=0.2m and 2πvtλ=50πt

v=25λ=25×0.2=5m/sec.
